Video campaigns are completed within 7 days. Custom discount priced video campaigns can vary on delivery time with a maximum of 90 days. If you experience any delays with your delivery, please contact support.

If your order has not been completed within the delivery window, you can contact us for a refund at contact support. Refunds are unavailable for campaigns within the delivery window or completed campaigns.
